Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 22, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Onbizus LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“Onbizus,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit onbizus.com, use the client portal at portal.onbizus.com, or otherwise interact with us (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to this Policy.

01Information we collect

Information you provide. When you contact us, request a consultation, or use the client portal, you may provide:

  • Contact and account details — name, email address, company or firm name, phone number, and login credentials;
  • Project information and Client Content — files, documents, messages, and other materials you upload or send through the portal;
  • Billing information — billing contact and invoice details (full payment-card numbers are handled by our payment processor, not stored by us); and
  • Communications — the content of messages and inquiries you send us.

Information collected automatically. When you use the Services, we and our providers may collect technical and usage data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and timestamps, including through cookies and similar technologies.

02How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • provide, operate, and secure the Services and the portal;
  • deliver our Design & Web and AI Enablement engagements and communicate with you about them;
  • process invoices and payments;
  • respond to inquiries, send service-related notices, and provide support;
  • maintain records, improve the Services, and protect against fraud and abuse; and
  • comply with legal obligations.

03Service providers and sub-processors

We use trusted third parties to operate the Services. They process personal information on our behalf, under contract, only as needed to provide their service. Our key providers include:

  • SuiteDash — the platform that powers our client portal (accounts, files, messaging, proposals, and invoicing);
  • a payment processor — to process invoices and payments securely;
  • email and communication providers — to send and receive messages; and
  • hosting and analytics providers — to host our website and understand how it is used.

Each provider maintains its own privacy and security practices. We select providers with care and limit what we share to what each needs.

04How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share personal information only:

  • with the service providers described above;
  • when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Services; and
  • in connection with a business transfer (such as a merger or sale), subject to this Policy.

05Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain our business and engagement records, and comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. You may request deletion as described below.

06Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, and we rely on our portal and payment providers’ security controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

07Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to object to or limit certain processing. Residents of Texas and other U.S. states with privacy laws, and individuals in regions such as the EEA and UK, may have specific rights under applicable law. To exercise any right, contact us at contact@onbizus.com; we will respond as required by law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

08Cookies

Our website and the portal use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences (such as language), and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the Services work.

09International users

We are based in the United States and process information here. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.

10Children's privacy

The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the revised Policy.
